Abby – Mascot
Abby belongs to the President and has been with Valley Surety Insurance Agency since she was a puppy in 2012. She greets each client as they arrive.
Shirley Baugh – CEO & President
Founded Valley Surety Insurance Agency in 1990. Shirley handles the daily operations of Valley Surety Insurance Agency and the Accounts Payable. Shirley has 40 years experience as a Surety Bond Underwriter. She handles Bid Bonds, Performance and Payment Bonds, SBA Guaranteed Bonds and Court Bonds. Analyzes all of the financial information received and places these accounts with the appropriate surety. She oversees the underwriting of these bonds.

JoBeth Swalley — Sacramento, CA — Valley Surety Insurance
JoBeth Swalley – Manager 
JoBeth has 30 years experience as a Surety Bond Underwriter and has been with Valley Surety Insurance for 25 years. She handles License, Permit, Misc., Bid Bonds, Performance and Payment Bonds, SBA Bonds and Fidelity Bonds. Also assists with Court Bonds, office communications and handles the Accounts Receivables.
Nick Paiva – Document Processer
Nick has been with Valley Surety Insurance Agency for over nine years. He handles all of the scanning of our documents for the office and pulls files.
